• Thursday is the first night you can stay in the dorms (college accepts dorm reservations for Thurs. thru Sat. night)

12 to 3 p.m. Afternoon DKK BBQ (optional event (pre-pay))

• Celebrating their 100th anniversary! DKK at 86 Sheldon has invited the AEPhi girls to join the fun! 

• RSVP/pre-pay required — $65 for BBQ & entry to DKK concert at night (goes up to $75 after May 15)

  • All you can eat/drink (beer & wine)​ at BBQ​​

3 to 5 p.m. Lakeside Sister Meetup (free event)

• Gather before we board the buses for the Fall Brook dinner

• Location: Behind host dorm Waterbury

5 to 7:30 p.m. Dinner at Fall Brook (pre-pay event)

• College-sponsored event

• Gather with your sisters and dance to our sorority song 

• Please note: You cannot drive yourself to Fall Brook (buses will be going to and from Fall Brook continuously between 5 and 8 p.m.​)

• Tickets: $48 (goes up to $53 after May 15) via SUNY Oswego registration link

  • Alcoholic drinks not included/see registration

8 p.m. DKK 100th Anniversary Concert on the River (pay at door)

• After we return to campus from Fall Brook via bus, we’ll jump on the downtown buses (same location/in front of Waterbury Hall) to the DKK concert on First Street (on the Oswego River behind the hotels)

• Bands feature alumni Jumbo Shrimp and Frostbit Blue

• Cost: $15 at the door (credit/debit card only)

  • If you paid for the Afternoon DKK BBQ, this event is included in that purchase

10:30 a.m. AEPhi photo at front steps of Sheldon Hall (free event)

• Professional photographer from college will be taking photos of all the sororities & fraternities

• Wear your new AEPhi t-shirt! Purchase here.

12 to 4 p.m. AEPhi hang at Old City Brewery on Water Street (free event)

• Old City is newly refurbished and fabulous

• We’ve reserved the downstairs party room on the river (beginning at 1 p.m.) and invited DKK and Sig Tau to join us 

• No ticket needed/you can purchase lunch and drinks

• Buses from campus to Water Street will be running all day starting at 12 p.m.

5:30 to 8:30 p.m. AEPhi Sister Dinner/Hewitt Hall Ballroom (pre-pay event)

• The main AEPhi reunion event!

• In the room where it happened — the former cafeteria where the Greek table and crests were located!

• College-sponsored party on Oswego River (behind Best Western/Captain’s Quarters)

• Indoors & outdoors

• Cash bar

• Free admission

• Buses will be regularly running from Waterbury Hall to downtown after the Sister Dinner

9 a.m. Bon Voyage Breakfast (pre-pay event)

• College-hosted breakfast at Lakeside Dining Hall 

• Tickets: $15 via SUNY Oswego registration link

• Let’s gather at the same time before we all say goodbye!
